This tea master tirelessly searched for different herbs and tea bases from various regions, repeatedly tried different formulas, including Yunnan Pu'er, Kyoto roasted tea, Sri Lankan Ceylon black tea, and even tried roasted tea from many different regions... They selected over a thousand formulas for professional evaluation by the tea judging panel. In the end, the TEA CHÂTEAU professional tea judging panel unanimously praised the perfect match of the Croatian chamomile and the Mie Prefecture, Japan Hojicha formula, which completely neutralizes the strange bitterness of the chamomile and enhances its elegant floral fragrance. The Tea Château team successfully selected the best ratio and named the tea as "The 1008th Cup of Chamomile Tea".
